Twelve years ago I was new to the area and it was Christmas Eve..about 4PM. My tire was loosing air on my way home from shopping. I pulled into Big O (then another name)and they stayed overtime to fix my little Tracker tire. I've been a customer ever since! Today Bo Rafati ,the manager of the Savage Store, gave me a "on the house" oil change just because he's so kind (and I brought a dozen donuts) for the nice people that work there. I needed service on my car to replace a radiator that had cracked! Called Big O Tire here in Fort Collins, CO, scheduled an appointment where they immediately replaced the car with a new radiator in an hour and the cost was very reasonable. The staff did a great job for me. I'll be back to get other service work done!!

Manager Adam Littleton provided me with excellent service. He and his staff are very personable and their knowledge reference shocks, struts, and tires are excellent. Mr. Littleton saved me an enormous amount of money from buying four new tires. One of his employees noticed, while doing my tire rotation that one of my front struts was leaking fluid. As a result, the thread on my tires were being worn down. Mr. Littleton took the time, explained to me in great detail why my treads on my tires were being worn down. He also showed me the fluid leak on passenger side strut. I took my truck to the dealership and presented the information that Mr. Littleton provided me. The dealership, upon inspection observed the same problem that Big O tires had. Both front shuts were replaced and minor adjustments were made to the tie rods. The truck was under warranty. If this had gone unnoticed by Mr Littleton and his staff, it could have resulted perhaps in a vehicle accident. Kudos and thanks goes out to Mr. Littleton and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and the customer service I receive on all occasions has been excellent. Thanks again to your attention to detail!
