My car wouldn’t start that morning, so I ended up having it towed over to Big O Tires. They checked the battery quickly and showed me it was really pretty much done.

They had the right battery in stock and got it swapped out while I waited. I also appreciated that there wasn’t any weird pressure to buy extra stuff or add things I didn’t ask for.
Now the car starts right up, and the price was exactly what they told me upfront. Really easy visit overall, 5 stars from me

Just a heads up for anyone dealing with their car pulling to one side: don’t ignore it. I finally got my alignment done and the car drives straight now. Really happy with how it turned out

I’m probably a little biased because I’ve had some annoying experiences at tire shops before, but this place really made a good impression on me. I had a feeling this place would take care of the TPMS sensor without making it a whole ordeal, that’s exactly what happened. They handled it quickly, the light went off after the visit, and the price seemed fair to me. Pretty much confirmed I picked the right spot

Stopped in to get tires done i was a little surprised by how clean everything was. The shop area didn’t have stuff everywhere, and the waiting area was fine too. It just kind of gave me the feeling that they actually keep up with it. That made it feel better, if that makes sense. Easy 5 stars from me

I went in to get tires and ended up waiting a little while, but the waiting area was nice?? It was clean, the chairs were comfortable enough, and it didn’t feel packed or anything. Maybe they could add a few more coffee options, but overall it was a solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

I got my tires balanced and the difference on the freeway is noticeable. The shaking is gone and the car feels way better overall. I’ll admit I was a little unsure after paying, kind of wondering if it would actually make a difference, but once I drove it a bit, I could tell it was worth it.

I’ve got a Big O Tires close to my house, and there’s another one near my work, so it’s one of those places that’s just easy to fit into a normal day. I don’t have to make some big plan or block off half my schedule just to stop by.

These have been good tires so far. they’ve lasted longer than I expected, and I’m guessing they’re probably built a little tougher than some others I’ve had.
